If you have chosen to back up your customers’ user workstations, you may find that you receive too many alerts when employees are on holiday, off work, off sick, etc.
You can now configure the alert threshold for late backups of your customers !
In the client console, via the Groups section, you can change the threshold settings for one or more Backup Agents. This will help you to get tailor-made information. Daily alerts and reports will be customised according to the rules defined in this group. You will also be able to add new recipients.
You can choose to tick the “alerts” box to receive alerts as soon as there is a backup problem, and/or tick the “daily” box to receive daily reports from this group. If you have chosen a period of 10 days, for example, backup errors will no longer be considered harmless after the 10th day.
