Daily backup report
The daily backup report is sent each day and summarises :
- Error-free backups (Green)
- Backups that require attention (Orange)
- Backups requiring urgent action (Red)

Reminder : the “Information” area at the foot of the page can be personalised with your contact details free of charge on request.
Alerts
Events generating an e-mail alert :
- backup errors :
- virus detected (and if possible disinfected) ;
- incomplete backup because :
- machine unreachable ;
- connection lost ;
- switched off by the user ;
- insufficient disk space ;
- backup cancelled because :
- pre-backup script has failed ;
- VSS snapshot error ;
- backup completed with errors ;
- outsourcing interrupted ;
- restoration interrupted ;
- interrupted deletion of files ;
- backup not started (because machine unreachable – certainly disconnected or agent not started) ;
- package overrun (if non-blocked package) ;
- package limit reached (if blocked package) ;
- backup blocked (because customer doesn’t pay, for example) ;
- internet synchronisation blocked (data outsourcing blocked if customer does not pay, for example) ;
- box disconnected ;
- box reconnected ;
- Beemo2Beemo synchronisation impossible (loss of connection between BoxBox and BoxBrik) ;
- Beemo2Beemo synchronisation back in service.
- Beemo2BeeHive synchronisation impossible (loss of connection between BoxBox and BeeHive) ;
- Beemo2BeeHive synchronisation back on line.
